A real man is celebrating his 80th birthday in style with cage fights. Just like an ancient Roman Caesar or Imperator, as they were often called. Except that we’re a good 2,000 years on from that, and we’d thought that people had moved on. Apparently, that’s not the case.

This is also evident in Russia’s policy of violence. Every day, Putin’s Russia attacks Ukraine and its people, showing no regard for children, the elderly or those who simply wish to live in peace. It comes as no surprise that Putin shows no regard for his own soldiers either. It is said that Putin has already sacrificed over 500,000 soldiers for his war.

Even though the fan of cage fighting believes that Iran will now become peaceful, Israel is continuing its attacks on Lebanon. Let’s see if Trump can bring peace to the situation there as well.

Oh, and then there’s the World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Our national team showed yesterday who they want to be the next world champions, beating minnows Curaçao 7–1. We’re keen to see how things pan out there.
