The date used to be 2019.

Allegedly, there are further agreements between the USA and Russia regarding the war in Ukraine. Putin may have information in his hands that could harm Trump and the USA could therefore take an even more pro-Putin stance under Trump.

But now people in the USA are eager to find out what is in the Epstein files. If they are actually released to the public.
