Monday morning appears 

The mood after the 2025 general election is similarly gloomy. The sun is not breaking through the clouds and some people are asking themselves how it can be that so many people voted for AfD. Do so many citizens, after all over 20 % of voters, actually trust a party that is so close to a despot that some of its members maintain a lively exchange with Russia, to make policies for the benefit of the citizens of Germany with the many different population groups? A country in which around a quarter of the population has a history of immigration. We will see, the economy is positively optimistic, the stock markets are currently slightly up. 

But we will now have to wait for the coalition talks to find out what happens next.
