No, how nice

is the cosy togetherness between these charming dictators. Alexander Lukashenko has been in power in Belarus for over 30 years, he rules the country with an iron hand and allows no opposition, anyone who rebels is locked up. And of course he is right in line with Putin, a close partner of the demagogue and warmonger Putin. Together they will certainly celebrate Lukashenko's renewed, organised and unsurprising re-election.

Unfortunately, we have to read from Paris that there has been another fire in a historic building, this time it was the tower of the town hall in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. The fire brigade was called at 3.20 am and has been working ever since to save the building, with the 35 metre high tower of the town hall probably completely burnt out.

And then we learnt that the former villa of the commandant of the Auschwitz concentration camp has been sold. It is a relief to read that it is an American foundation against extremism that has acquired this highly symbolic villa and not some right-wing Nazi fan of Weidel, Höcke and co.

We hope that the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp will be commemorated in honour of the victims who died as a result of the actions of the Nazis.

We wish you a successful working week.

Yours www.bululu.de Team
