- Maintenance, repair and overhaul of CNC-controlled machine tools and/or machining centres at the customer's premises
- Independent troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Installation and commissioning of new machines
- Technical advice for customers
- Instruction of the operating personnel
- Documentation of service assignments
- Successfully completed mechatronic, mechanical or electronic training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, electronics technician or similar
- Ideally professional experience in the technical service of machine tools, candidates with an interest in a varied field service role are also welcome
- Knowledge of machine tool technology / machining technology and handling CNC and/or PLC controls
- Experienced customer contact, reliability and independent working style
- Willingness to travel within the service region (usually from Monday to Friday, willingness to spend the night away from home should be available)
