Your tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on fire doors and hold-open systems
• Checking and inspecting shelves, ladders, blinds and window systems
• Diagnostics and expert rectification of technical faults
• Carrying out minor mechanical and electrical work

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a metal worker - construction technology (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d)
• Experience in the field of fire doors, hold-open systems, shelving and fixed ladders
• Professional experience in the maintenance of lifts is an advantage
• Craftsmanship and problem-solving skills
