Project employee (m/f/d) - Document management

These activities await you:

• the timely preparation of central documents for construction projects
• and the preparation of delivery documents as well as ensuring the physical verification and management of status rounds
• coordinating and evaluating incoming information from partner companies on deviations, changes and the resulting time and economic impact on the project
• You work in a network with customer representatives and the project managers
• You will also coordinate with production and work preparation at the various production sites

What you bring with you:

• Knowledge of project management through studies in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, marine engineering or industrial engineering
• Alternatively, a sound education with specialised further training
• You have knowledge of technical drawings, parts lists, change notifications and work packages
• Have routine knowledge of MS Office
• Naturally you communicate in written and spoken German and English
• You work independently and goal-orientated
• are reliable, resilient, flexible and a team player

An advantage for your consideration:

• Several years of experience in ship newbuilding with specialised knowledge of equipment, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering, proven by professional experience in construction, work preparation
