Clerk - Plant security / ID office(m/f/d)

These tasks await you:

- Production and issue of CHEMPARK ID cards, special authorisations for individual requests including identity verification
- Documentation, recording and storage of data
- Technical ID card function check
- Creation of notifications and reports
- Processing customer enquiries on the subject of ID and authorisation management

This is what we expect:

- Successful completion of an expertise test in accordance with § 34a GewO or equivalent or higher training, e.g. as a certified protection and security officer or IHK-certified plant security specialist
- Knowledge and technical understanding of the hardware and software to be used for recording, managing and producing CHEMPARK ID cards
- Knowledge of the currently applicable residence law
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Consistent way of working and de-escalating behaviour when dealing with people
- High service and customer orientation
