Internal sales clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You actively support the sales force in acquiring new customers
• You are the contact person for our customers' and partners' concerns, which you deal with by telephone and in writing
• You coordinate the appointments of the field service and prepare the follow-up
• The calculation is in your hands
• You carry out mailing campaigns
• You recognise deficiencies in the sales structure and can improve sales

Your profile:

• Ideally, you are in possession of a commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor's degree in the commercial field
• Of course, the topic of e-mobility is topical for you
• You are prepared to undergo continuous professional and personal development
• Of course you are used to working independently
• You have interdisciplinary knowledge and an affinity for sales
• You are confident in using the common Office applications
• You have social skills
• And are able to work in a team, willing to compromise and persuasive
