That's your job:

• Taking over the personal support and counselling of student customers as part of the „student support“ sales concept across all relevant areas of demand.
• Independent planning and management of your own customer base, including activities and sales targets
• Active acquisition of new customers through recommendation management and networking
• Successful sale of the target product range in the individual customer segment in order to fulfil customer needs
• Responsibility for achieving individual targets and co-responsibility for the overall success of the branch
• Preparing and organising customer events and (advisory) workshops as well as representing Förde Sparkasse at relevant third-party events

What you bring with you:

• Completed bank or savings bank training
• Förde Sparkasse considers a further qualification in the form of a savings bank/banking specialist degree or a comparable qualification to be important and desirable.

Personal requirements:

• Ideally, you already have (initial) practical experience in the branch business.
• You are characterised by sociability, very good communication skills, a confident and convincing manner, openness and enthusiasm for new things as well as a high level of commitment and resilience.
• You are proactive with a strong sense of quality and service awareness and are flexible in terms of time and location.
• A good knowledge of English and/or other foreign languages is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of studying and student life would be an advantage.
• You are reliable within the meaning of the WpHG-MaAnzV. You already fulfil the requirements of BaFin as a consultant or are prepared to qualify accordingly with our support.
• You have a high affinity for digital applications (and offers) and are confident in using them.
