These tasks await you:

Operation and maintenance of the conventional lathe
Surface treatment and drilling work
Checking the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the product
Processing of different materials, preferably stainless steel and alloys
Turning, conventional and cycle-controlled
Milling, drilling, thread cutting
Prototype and fixture construction
Self-monitoring of processing measures with the usual measuring equipment according to drawings
Milling on the conventional milling machine, according to drawing or sample
Set-up and adjustment of the machine
Quality control of the finished parts
Compliance with company standards
Independent, responsible maintenance and care of the machine and the associated work equipment

This is what we expect:

Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, precision mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable profession
relevant professional experience
Confident in dealing with technical documents
Careful and focussed way of working
Ability to work in a team, resilience and commitment
Trustworthiness and reliability
