Workshop Manager (m/f/d) - Machine Technology

Permanent employment contract

Disciplinary and technical management of the machine technology department
Organisation of the departments with regard to qualification and further training of employees, personnel requirements planning and quality assurance measures
Link between work preparation and the specialised workshop
Technical contact for customer questions
Planning and coordination of projects

Completed vocational training as an industrial foreman, state-certified technician or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in this field of activity
Experience in managing departments or specialised groups
Professional experience in the industry, ideally in maintenance
Ability to work in a team, independence and analytical thinking skills
High level of initiative and communication skills
