Your tasks:

• Daily brief reports on observations and potential for process optimisation
• Supervision and coordination of dismantling activities for the entire dismantling projects at the nuclear power plant
• Compliance with
  • Requirements of the ArbSchG, in particular §8 ArbSchG
  • general and plant-specific nuclear regulations
  • Specifications from the client's residual material processing, disposal and logistics
• Feasibility of individual solutions
  • of the trades carrying out the dismantling
  • the existing interfaces between those carrying out the dismantling, supporting trades and those accepting radioactive residues
• Coordination of the installation of the infrastructure in the work areas as well as its testing, modification and maintenance
• Coordination of the necessary entry and exit of tools, materials and equipment in and out of the control area, including ensuring the necessary documentation
• Correctness of the information in the construction site reports of the contractual partners
• Contact person on site for the contractual partner
• Cooperation with the project management
• Employee management

We expect:

• Professional experience in the safe and efficient execution of assembly and dismantling work in industrial plants
• Experience in project management an advantage
• Experience in handling heavy components an advantage
• Knowledge of monitoring HSE requirements desirable
• Knowledge in the areas of radiation protection, occupational safety and fire protection
• Suitability for shift work, heavy respiratory protection and weekend work
• Responsible work, ability to work in a team and collegiality
• Flexibility, commitment and strength of realisation
