  • Planning and project management of technical supply systems (HVAC) in accordance with HOAI service phases
  • Preparation of offers and concepts, cost control
  • Support for tenders and award procedures
  • Participation in planning meetings
  • Supporting project management in the execution of demanding construction projects

  • Completed training as a technician or master craftsman specialising in supply engineering, technical building services or HVAC or completed studies
  • Ideally professional experience as a planner (m/f/d) of technical supply systems in accordance with HOAI service phases
  • Good knowledge of planning and calculation software (e.g. AutoCAD, DDS-CAD, liNear, MEP, Plancal nova, Revit)
  • Initiative and independent working style, teamwork and communication skills
