Coordinator - Plant Security / ID Card Office (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:

- Coordination of assigned employees within the framework of defined decision-making and instructional powers
- Key user of the software used for ID and authorisation management
- First point of contact for the subdivisions
- Duty planning / substitution arrangements in the sub-areas among each other
- Material management / orders
- Induction and familiarisation of new employees in sub-areas
- Organisation of authorisations / approvals including key management
- Quality management and control of internal and external employees
- Realisation of customer requests on relevant issues in compliance with legal requirements
- Data cleansing (e.g. incorrect postings)

This is what we expect:

- Successful completion of an examination of expertise in accordance with §34a of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act, including several years of professional experience in the security sector / security management
- Specific and technical knowledge of current legal requirements for ID and authorisation management
- Basic knowledge of business administration
- High service and customer orientation
- Good written and spoken English
- Quick comprehension, even for complex situations
- Solution-orientation
