we are looking for a short-term WordPress Web Designer / WordPress Developer (m/f/d).

Project description

The existing website is to be technically and visually revised, optimised and made fully functional. In addition, a database is to be integrated or connected in order to manage content and processes efficiently.

Tasks

• Optimisation of the existing WordPress website
• Error analysis and technical rectification of existing problems
• Improvement of design, user-friendliness and performance
• Integration and setup of a database
• Customisation and maintenance of content and pages
• Mobile optimisation (responsive design)
• Ensuring the functionality of all forms and functions
• Support with basic SEO optimisation

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress
• Good knowledge of:
  • HTML / CSS
  • PHP
  • MySQL / Database integration
  • WordPress Themes & Plugins
• Experience in web design and UX
• Independent and structured way of working
• Reliability and good communication
• German language skills an advantage

Project scope

• Project start: possible at short notice
• Location: Duisburg / Remote by arrangement
• Project basis or freelancer
• Remuneration by agreement
