With us, you won't just find a job, but a task with real meaning - for you, for others and for our region.  <\/p>\n<p>   Join us - and become part of a team that takes a stand and moves the region.  <\/p>\n<p>  That's your job:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>    Taking over the personal support and counselling of student customers as part of the \u201estudent support\u201c sales concept across all relevant areas of demand.   <\/li>\n<li>    Independent planning and management of your own customer base, including activities and sales targets   <\/li>\n<li>    Active acquisition of new customers through recommendation management and networking   <\/li>\n<li>    Successful sale of the target product range in the individual customer segment in order to fulfil customer needs   <\/li>\n<li>    Responsibility for achieving individual targets and co-responsibility for the overall success of the branch   <\/li>\n<li>    Preparing and organising customer events and (advisory) workshops as well as representing F\u00f6rde Sparkasse at relevant third-party events   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  What you bring with you:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>    Completed bank or savings bank training   <\/li>\n<li>    F\u00f6rde Sparkasse considers a further qualification in the form of a savings bank\/banking specialist degree or a comparable qualification to be important and desirable.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>   Personal requirements:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>    Ideally, you already have (initial) practical experience in the branch business.   <\/li>\n<li>    You are characterised by sociability, very good communication skills, a confident and convincing manner, openness and enthusiasm for new things as well as a high level of commitment and resilience.   <\/li>\n<li>    You are proactive with a strong sense of quality and service awareness and are flexible in terms of time and location.   <\/li>\n<li>    A good knowledge of English and\/or other foreign languages is desirable.   <\/li>\n<li>    Basic knowledge of studying and student life would be an advantage.   <\/li>\n<li>    You are reliable within the meaning of the WpHG-MaAnzV.
